Your Role at a Glance

As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for both our buffet and à la carte service. You organize your daily tasks efficiently, monitor stock levels, and order ingredients when needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Together with your culinary responsibilities, you will play an important role in guiding House of Hospitality students during their placements, sharing your passion for cooking and helping them gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional hotel kitchen.

Working closely with your colleagues, you help maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment where teamwork and quality go hand in hand. You follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times and take pride in keeping your workstation clean and organized. No two days are the same, and your ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain high standards make all the difference.
