• You manage the complete sales and organizational process for corporate group inquiries and social events.

• You prepare clear and customized quotes, actively follow up on them, and conduct contract negotiations with the client.

• You contribute to maximizing revenue by striving for the highest possible conversion.

• You build strong relationships with clients and maintain them to stimulate repeat business.

• You are the main point of contact for your confirmed groups and coordinate all organizational and financial arrangements.

• You ensure smooth cooperation and communication between clients, hotels, internal departments, and external organizations.

• You identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, thereby contributing to an optimal financial result.

• Helping guests brings a big smile to your face. The 'always a pleasure' mentality is something you identify with, and you love to go the extra mile for the guest;
• You can empathize with the guest and you get energy from arranging all kinds of meetings and events;
• You find it a challenge to ensure that everything is arranged to perfection. You are the best at upselling;
