As Assistant F&B Manager (m/f/d), you support and replace the F&B Manager in his areas of work. You coordinate and monitor the work processes in the F&B department, thereby ensuring quality assurance according to hotel standards.

Together with the Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for the Food and Beverage department of our hotel. This includes coordinating and planning activities, coaching and developing the team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards, and of course, optimizing business returns. Together with the team, you ensure that the guest does not lack anything in terms of food, drink, and hospitality. Additionally, as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for leading and organizing various parties. Finally, you maintain a close bond with the guests and are, if necessary, the point of contact for compliments and complaints.
