What we're looking for
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- 3-5 years of work experience in an SCM function, preferably in a relevant industry (familiar with GMP)
- Experience with facilitating and driving problem-solving (e.g., via 8-step problem solving) and implementing improvements in processes
- Experience with using metrics to make trends and problems visible and to report them
- Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
- Expertise with LEAN/ Continuous Improvement methodology

For our location in Boxmeer we are looking for a: Replenishment Planner
What you'll do
- Short Term Planning. (order fulfilment customer orders, master data management, KPI/error follow-up).
- Mid Term Planning - monthly evaluation of capacity versus demand up to 24 months into the future.
- Long Term Planning (ABR/5YP) - annual evaluation of capacity availability up to 5 years into the future.
- IBP cycle - responsible for preparing and executing the Capacity Review and Supply Review.
- Budget/Rolling Forecast - determining volumes for the annual budget and updates thereof (Rolling Forecast) 3 times per year.
- Initiating, executing and/or leading complex (global) projects, problem solvings, improvement initiatives and/or process changes that (can) have an impact on the Replenishment process in the areas of quality, efficiency, or effectiveness.
- Expert and responsible for ensuring that the interests of the Boxmeer site are represented with respect to the Global Replenishment process.
About the role
This Replenishment Planner focuses on both short-term planning as well as medium- and long-term planning, with a specific focus on packaging resources. In addition to the responsibility for drafting, monitoring, and optimizing the plans, the job holder actively participates in projects and can also lead them.
The Replenishment Planner requires a strong analytical and process-oriented mindset. By maintaining a good overview of complex planning issues, available resources are optimally utilized and bottlenecks are identified and resolved in a timely manner. Even under pressure, the job holder continues to work accurately and is able to set the right priorities. In addition, a proactive attitude is combined with an inclusive way of collaborating, where various stakeholders are involved and collective objectives are central.
