What we're looking for

  • You have a completed MBO education in microbiology or an MLO diploma level 4 in microbiology.
  • You are accurate, quality-oriented, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  • You possess good communication and social skills.
  • You have good oral and written expression skills (technical writing) in both Dutch and English.
  • You have experience working in an environment with a quality system, preferably according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

The role

What you'll do

  • Performing, reporting, and checking QC tests according to standard procedures.
  • Identifying and reporting (OOS) deviations and trends according to the applicable GMP procedures.
  • Mastering various microbiological tests and testing techniques, such as sterility testing, bioburden, environmental monitoring, and aseptic techniques.
  • Entering test results, performing data analysis and trending, and reviewing these where necessary.
  • Participating in and potentially leading improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Adjusting and/or writing existing and new work instructions (WIs) and potentially SOPs.
  • Working in accordance with GMP, GMO, and safety guidelines.

Quality Control Operations is responsible for all physical, chemical, biological, and microbiological testing on vaccines and pharmaceutical finished products, antigens, raw materials, APIs, and primary packaging materials within Boxmeer.
