The role

Are you ready for a role in which you apply your fiscal expertise on an international level, without having to cross the border? Then this is your chance!

This position as a tax advisor in the Twente region of Oldenzaal is just a little different. This is because you will work in a region where Dutch and German entrepreneurs encounter each other daily. From our office, you will help clients who work, invest, or do business across the border. This requires professional knowledge, curiosity, and the ability to translate complex fiscal issues into clear solutions. You do not need to speak fluent German - a good command of English will often take you far. And do you want to further develop your German language skills? Then we will, of course, think along with you.

Good to know: for this position, it is important that you speak and understand Dutch well. Do you master the Dutch language sufficiently to communicate independently in your work? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

What you'll do

As a tax advisor, you are the substantive sparring partner for our (international) clients. You advise on cross-border structures, business succession, corporate income tax, and everything in between. In close cooperation with colleagues from accountancy and payroll advisory, you ensure fiscally well-considered advice that truly helps further. You work in a dynamic region – from a down-to-earth Twente office with a sense of humor – where the business community does not let itself be limited by borders.

Your activities at a glance:

  • You are co-responsible for providing result-oriented tax advice to national and international clients within the Netherlands and Germany.

  • You are co-responsible for the fiscal guidance of German entrepreneurs who want to enter the Dutch market - from introductory meetings to entering the Dutch market to future guidance.

  • Preparing Dutch income tax and corporate income tax returns for German entrepreneurs.

  • You expand your professional and commercial network by making an active contribution to networking events and by regularly providing our online channels with up-to-date content.

  • You know how to use your technical knowledge to make a strong and structural contribution to the permanent development of the International Desk.

  • You perform your duties with high quality within the applicable laws and regulations and you know how to keep yourself and your team up-to-date.

Who are you and what do you bring?

Are you doubting whether your profile matches well? Let us hear from you – we are happy to think along with you.

About Moore MKW Audit

In their own words

About the company & team

Our office in Oldenzaal is a small, close-knit, and above all, sociable team where you will quickly feel at home. The lines are short and the atmosphere is open, making it easy to walk in on colleagues – whether it is for a question, to spar, or just for a chat. No question is too crazy and you can always count on good guidance.

The work is varied, educational, and challenging. You will quickly receive your own responsibilities and your own client portfolio. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to join client meetings early on, so that you not only work for the client but also truly get to know them. Much is discussable within our office and we are happy to think along with your wishes and development.

In addition to work, there is plenty of room for socializing. We regularly organize fun activities, such as an Easter breakfast or the annual battle between young and old with klootschieten. We also make time for larger outings: for example, last year the entire team went to Düsseldorf for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary.

In short: a place where you can develop, receive responsibility, and enjoy going to work.
