ROLE SUMMARY Mechanic for lifting and transport equipment at Mammoet €2,900.00 and €4,100.00 gross per month (depending on experience) Working in Schiedam Do you have experience working on various vehicles and machines and are you ready to further expand your expertise? You ensure that these machines are always in top condition and perform optimally. As an experienced mechanic, you play a key role in the maintenance and repair of our advanced equipment, so that we can continue to work safely and efficiently. WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintaining and repairing special machines and transport equipment. In doing so, you look ahead and find smart solutions for technical challenges. Do you prefer working in the workshop every day, or do you seek variety with customer and project locations? Do you like working nearby, or do you want to see the world? Everything is negotiable. Because of this, no two days are the same! You perform inspections and checks and ensure that the equipment looks and works according to our standards and instructions. Where necessary, you modify the equipment; Collaborating on innovative projects and contributing to the latest technologies, for example in new construction projects. Working with various techniques such as mechanics, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. WHAT YOU NEED A completed education in the direction of mechanical engineering, automotive technology, mobile vehicles, agricultural mechanization, aircraft maintenance, or something similar. At least 3 years of experience in the field of maintenance work. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems is a plus. Good command of Dutch and English. A valid driver's license. Interest in our technology and the motivation to learn everything about the world of Mammoet. WHAT YOU GET A good basic salary between €2,900 and €4,100 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge. Extra net allowances according to the collective labor agreement (CAO), such as "coffee money" and overtime compensation.
