Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. For our Marketing & PR Fleet, we are looking for a Field Support Technician who is responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and repair of our vehicles during marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and sales activities throughout Europe.

• Providing technical support to Marketing and Sales teams during events and activities.
• Preparing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing marketing and demonstration vehicles.
• Performing diagnostics and repairs on-site, anywhere in Europe.
• Supporting new market launches and the opening of new Studios and Service Centers.
• Collaborating with various internal teams to guarantee optimal presentation and operation of the vehicles.
• Being a brand ambassador during customer-oriented events and activities.
• Responding flexibly to changing priorities within a fast-growing organization.
• Traveling extensively when the business requires it.

As a Field Support Technician, you are the technical expert behind our marketing and demonstration vehicles. You will travel with the Marketing and Sales teams and ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition.

You are a practical, solution-oriented professional who loves being on the road and gains energy from varied tasks. You combine strong technical skills with a customer-oriented attitude and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
