Sales Assistant (24-32u)

As a Sales Assistant, you are the face of LOAVIES. Every customer who enters our store must feel welcome, inspired, and awesome. Your attitude, energy, and presence determine the store experience - not by being pushy, but by being there when needed. Additionally, you ensure the store always looks on point and runs smoothly: the right items in the right place, the unique elements activated, and the LOAVIES vibe felt in every corner - the perfect mix of confidence, creativity, and connection.

This spring, we opened the doors to our very first LOAVIES brandstore. Not an ordinary shop, but a large-scale concept where fashion, content, and experience come together - fully designed with the help of AI.

As a Sales Assistant at LOAVIES, you won't be working in an ordinary store. You will be working in a groundbreaking concept: a brandstore where, from the moment you step inside, you enter a digital world you normally only know from your screen. Think of large vertical video screens with trending TikToks, bestie fitting rooms, an interactive photobooth, and an iconic kiosk. And as the first retailer in the Netherlands: a permanent TikTok Live corner where visitors go live and sell LOAVIES items.

This is your chance to be part of the very first physical LOAVIES experience from day one. You bring the LOAVIES vibe to life on the shop floor. Not just a store - a statement.

• You ensure the store always looks LOAVIES-worthy: visual merchandising, restocking, and keeping the floor tidy

• You activate everything that makes this store unique: the TikTok Live corner, the photobooth, the iconic kiosk, and the content areas. You make sure it comes alive

• You achieve personal and team sales targets and actively think along about how to get more out of every day

• You are a true LOAVIES ambassador - on the floor and online. You inspire with looks and contribute to content

• You help build a local fanbase in Utrecht that returns, shares content, and spreads the word

• Passion for fashion and retail – Retail experience? Nice! New to the game? Also very welcome!

• Eye for detail and visually strong – you immediately see when a rack needs restocking, a display could be better, or the floor isn't right. You keep the store sharp.

• Styling skills - you have a good eye for outfits, trends, and combinations. When a customer asks for advice, you nail it.

• Someone who breathes social and fashion. You know what's trending, you understand platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and you love bringing content and commerce together on the shop floor.

• Confident, creative, connected. In other words: LOAVIES energy. You are proud to represent the brand and are excited to make it something special.

You will become a Sales Assistant in the very first LOAVIES brandstore. Not in a standard retail concept, but in a groundbreaking brandstore on the Steenweg in Utrecht – built around content, community, and our own coffee concept. A role in which you are part of a completely new way of retail. With room to grow within a fast-growing brand that is constantly in motion.
