•    A completed higher professional education (HBO) level;

•    A salary starting from €4,062.22 gross per month based on 40 hours. The final salary is determined by experience in a comparable position and the size of the store.

As a supermarket manager, you are responsible for your branch, together with your branch management team, in financial, commercial, and operational areas. You are committed to developing your approximately 35 colleagues and you motivate the team to ensure that the store looks attractive and the shelves are well-stocked. By guiding your employees with enthusiasm, you and your team know how to exceed customer expectations. Together with the branch management team, you translate annual objectives into weekly and daily objectives and pay attention to customer satisfaction.
