Orderpicker distribution center Weert (24-40 hours)

We can definitely count on you. No experience? No problem! You work accurately. We will teach you the rest: from the pick-by-voice system to driving the pallet truck safely. Furthermore, you are:

-    Definitely 18 years or older
-    Helpful: together with your colleagues from #teamlidl, you make the most out of your workday

• A salary starting from € 2,608.26 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week if you are 21 years or older). Do you already have experience in a similar position? Then your salary may be higher! Are you younger than 21? Then you will start with an attractive salary that matches your age.
• Every month, you receive an 8.1% ADV allowance on top of your salary.
• Lidl pays 70% of your pension contribution.
• 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days based on 40 hours.

Ready? Set? Go! Via your headset, you will hear which products you need to collect and where you can find them. You will fly through the warehouse on your electric pallet truck. And you'll load pallets full of shampoo bottles, jars of peanut butter, or bags of coffee. It all comes your way. A driver's license is not required; we will teach you how to drive safely. 

Check, check, double check. Have you collected the right products, is everything neatly stacked, and is it ready for transport? Great! Thanks to you, our shelves will be filled tomorrow and customers will be satisfied. Good job!
