• A salary starting from € 2,691.78 gross per month based on 40 hours. The final salary  is determined by experience in a similar position and the size of the store.

As assistant supermarket manager, you work together with your colleagues on a well-organized store. You manage the daily planning, brief your colleagues, and provide guidance where necessary throughout the day. Together with your team, you ensure that the store looks tidy. You do this by also rolling up your own sleeves. For example, think of filling the shelves or unloading incoming freight. Additionally, you are a reliable point of contact for our customers and colleagues. You form a close team with the (deputy) supermarket manager. Together, you motivate and inspire the team with an eye for their job satisfaction and long-term development.
