About the company & team
On a daily basis, you are the sparring partner for our clients regarding strategy and transformation issues. As a (Senior) Manager in the Financial Sector team, you take on both the leadership role in complex transformations and the advisory role in making the sector future-proof. You have a responsible role within various projects, where you weigh the interests of different stakeholders and know how to connect the right people. But also outside of assignments, you guide and coach colleagues and work together on new propositions to help clients with their challenges.

The Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector team in the Netherlands consists of approximately 45 colleagues and is part of the Global Strategy Group of KPMG. The team focuses on clients in the financial sector and serves 3 different segments; banks, insurers, and real estate companies.
