What you will do:
• A new challenge every day: At JYSK no two days are the same! As Assistant Store Manager you play an important role in running the store. You make sure everything keeps running smoothly in a dynamic environment.

You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the customer has a top experience! You start each day with a short team meeting, after which everyone takes on their own responsibilities.
• Making customers happy: You are the face of JYSK for our customers and ensure a great shopping experience. From advising customers to making sure they leave the store with a smile. 😁

What you bring:
• You have MBO (secondary vocational) work/thinking level🎓
• You have at least 1 year of work experience in Retail 🛒
• Experience in leading others? Great! Whether it's coaching colleagues or holding conversations about, for example, absenteeism and performance, knowing how to guide people is a plus
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have some knowledge of the English language.
• Flexibility is key for you
• You are results-oriented, sociable and enjoy a dynamic environment.
