You have an MBO working and thinking level with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, or an HBO working and thinking level with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
You are strong in planning, analyzing, and practically solving unexpected situations.
You work accurately and keep administration and operational information neatly updated.
You communicate openly and clearly and switch easily with colleagues, drivers, and transporters.

What you'll get

A gross salary between €18.93 and €27.04 per hour.

The role

During your shifts, you combine planning with fast and smart action. You look ahead, keep an eye on the current situation, and ensure that colleagues have the right information at the right time.

You remain sharp when many things happen at once. You can switch gears quickly, but you do not lose sight of the details. Colleagues know they can rely on you because you communicate clearly, take responsibility, and enjoy collaborating.

What you'll do

You translate tactical plans into concrete and executable daily schedules.
You monitor volume, capacity, staffing, and transport during the ongoing shift.
You coordinate with the shift lead regarding the status, progress, and expected developments within the operation.
You identify deviations and bottlenecks and adjust accordingly, so that orders can depart on time and complete.
You share analyses and insights with the central capacity planner to improve future planning.
You coordinate with drivers and transporters when extra people, vehicles, or actions are needed.
You keep data and documentation up to date and contribute to a more efficient operation with improvement proposals.
