For our Oss location, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team.

What you will do

• Optimally performing the services requested by the customer on a contract basis.
• Responding timely and adequately to emergencies in accordance with the given instructions.
• Providing a good "first impression" for EuroPAC Alarmcentrale V.O.F. through a correct and customer-friendly approach. Timely and correct handover of tasks/information during shift changes.
• Correctly following all work instructions and procedures provided by supervisors regarding compliance with the Private Security Organizations and Detective Agencies Act.
• Correct use/operation of the equipment made available.
• Handling and processing all incoming telephone calls, including the handling of the so-called "alarm center service" for our customers.
• Handling and processing all (alarm) notifications in accordance with given procedures and instructions.
• Performing various administrative tasks such as registering/reporting technical malfunctions, filling out mutation forms, and noting messages and notes.

• Secondary education level. (MBO level)
• In possession of a Basic Security Diploma or a General Security Employee diploma, or currently studying for the General Security Employee diploma.
• In possession of a BOCA diploma (Basic Training for Alarm Center Dispatchers) or currently studying for this.
• Stress-resistant.
• Flexible regarding deployment in a 24/7 continuous work environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Mastery of standard Dutch in speech and writing.
• Reasonable knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to function in an automated work environment.
• Must have an irreproachable judicial record (screening is part of the position).
