Teamlead Product Development

In this position, you will get plenty of room to provide direction to an experienced team, to complex financial solutions, and to the further professionalization of product development within Invest-NL.

You join at a moment when the department and the field are being further built up. This sometimes requires pioneering and being able to deal with issues for which the answer is not yet certain. You have influence over how we organize ourselves and with which solutions we mobilize public and private capital for the transitions facing the Netherlands.

• Salary: between € 7,552 and € 9,772 per month based on 36 hours, whereby it is also possible to work 40 hours. Classification is based on knowledge and experience;

• Flexibility in compensation: Benefit Budget worth 20.95% of your monthly salary. This consists of 8% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and a personal budget of 4.615% for supra-statutory leave (86.4 hours per year based on your 36-hour work week);

The Netherlands faces major challenges regarding sustainability, innovation, and resilience. This calls for new financial solutions that bring together public and private capital to enable necessary investments.

As our new Teamlead Product Development, you will lead an experienced team that develops these solutions. You will ensure that complex ideas are translated into concrete, actionable financial products while simultaneously contributing to the further professionalization of product development within Invest-NL.

You are successful when your team is motivated, works together effectively, and is well-positioned within Invest-NL to achieve results. Product development trajectories show demonstrable progress, and complex financial solutions are translated into products that Invest-NL and its stakeholders can actually deploy. Additionally, you help establish a professional product development function, with clear responsibilities, workable processes, and good collaboration within the organization. In this way, you increase the possibilities to mobilize public and private capital for the transitions the Netherlands needs.

Invest-NL is in full development. The way we develop, implement, and manage financial products is also growing. The ambition is clear, but not all working methods and responsibilities are yet fixed. Together with the Director of Relations & Product Development, you will further shape this.

You help make choices regarding processes, responsibilities, and required expertise, with an eye for what is feasible within the organization. The design and thus the precise scope of the team will develop alongside this. In doing so, you prioritize the collective organizational interest and take co-responsibility for the choices and results of the MT.
