🌳 Love working outdoors and making a difference for children?

After school, the outdoor area of our BSO (after-school care) fills up with children who love to move, play, and discover. You maintain oversight, are visibly present, and ensure that everyone can play outside safely and enjoyably.

You work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons and are a familiar face at the outdoor play area. You observe, support where necessary, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to your attentiveness, children can enjoy their afternoon without a care.

Your role
You enjoy being hands-on. You see what is needed and enjoy supporting in those tasks. Whether it is receiving visitors, taking care of the laundry, or keeping the kitchen clean. Your role is varied. Because of this, no two days are the same. You enjoy being busy with everything that is not directly related to the children in the group. Because you are there, the pedagogical professionals can focus even more on their core task: the development of the children.
