We are looking to strengthen our team with trainers in the field of Business Analysis.

• You are a trainer and want to develop into a senior or lead trainer who provides students with an inspiring learning experience.
• You have didactic skills and experience in delivering training, and you would like to learn how to set up training programs and courses in a structured way (design, development, and implementation).
• You have demonstrable experience in conducting training in the field of Business Analysis and at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Do you already have experience in developing training and do you have innovative ideas? Then we will welcome you with open arms.
• You are willing to obtain the International Diploma in Business Analysis.
• You reside in the Netherlands.
• Furthermore, you are flexible and a dynamic working environment is an exciting challenge for you. You can switch between individual coaching trajectories and group training sessions.
• Additionally, you are willing to train throughout the country and abroad.

You will be working for a renowned training institute that has been an established name in professional training for more than 40 years. You will become part of a team of permanent and flexible (contract) trainers. The team consists of approximately 60 colleagues: about 30 lead trainers, dedicated account managers, and a professional front and back office. All of them are professionals with a passion for learning and development. Additionally, you can draw upon the knowledge and experience of colleagues within the Capgemini organization. You will work for leading clients in the private, financial, and public sectors. There is room to give shape to your creative ideas to develop new training for clients or within our open offering.
