Experienced After-School Care (BSO) staff member in Leusden

Are you an experienced pedagogical professional who brings calm, maintains overview, and gets energy from a well-organized workday? For BSO Supernova in Leusden, we are looking for a communicatively strong colleague who enjoys taking the lead when it comes to daily organization and collaboration with parents and colleagues. You will work two days in our vertical group and two days with the oldest children, aged 7 to 12 years. A versatile role in which your experience, involvement, and organizational talent truly make a difference.

This is who you are. By nature.

• A driver of children's potential and participation. And therefore of self-confidence.
• Enthusiastic and energetic.
• Available Tuesday through Friday. Prefer fewer days? This is negotiable.
• A big heart for children, and they for you.
• Someone who organizes activities effortlessly.
• You take pleasure in your work and find collaborating and participating important.
• A go-getter, having completed a qualifying education at a minimum of MBO level.
• Or you are following a qualifying HBO or WO study to be able to work in childcare. Check your study here.
• Does your diploma (just) not meet the requirement, or no longer? Even then, we would love to get in touch with you via here.

Children are vulnerable. Language comprehension is therefore crucial. As of 1 January 2025, it is legally required that pedagogical professionals meet the 3F language requirement. Read here more.
