Assistant Store Manager in the Netherlands

As part of the management team, you enthusiastically lead sales staff and share responsibility for a well-functioning store. In this role, you are deployable in multiple branches (Oosterwolde, Gorredijk, and Bergum) in the Friesland region. You manage various work processes such as the sales, service, and replenishment processes; you do this as a working foreman or woman. You are right in the middle of the group, but when necessary, you know how to step up. Together, you ensure that orders are in order. That the store appearance looks good. And that everyone knows what is expected of him or her daily. Your work is a combination of people and goods, whereby you do not lose sight of the customer.
