What you'll do
Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As Manager - Technology, Strategy & Transformation - Cloud, AI, Digital, you will be part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team.
The team supports financial institutions - primarily in the banking sector in this role - throughout the entire transformation lifecycle: from strategy to execution. We work shoulder to shoulder with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and COOs to define solutions, align decision-making, and ensure plans are put into action.
Our work includes AI strategy and enablement, modernization of critical legacy systems, hybrid and multi-cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture. In doing so, we bring together technology, data, and operating model design with the regulatory knowledge required to navigate this complex environment. For example, consider what is involved when implementing Agentic AI applications within a bank operating in 20 countries, where local teams have significant autonomy and hundreds of IT delivery teams must collaborate, while ensuring compliance from the start.
Strategy & Vision
- Advising financial institutions on technology strategy, architecture, and transformation (e.g., AI, Legacy-to-Cloud, Digital)
- Developing business cases and actionable roadmaps for organization-wide changes
- Designing solutions aligned with business goals, regulatory context, and operating models
Execution
- Prepare C-level decision-making materials, supported by sound analysis and clear storytelling
- Lead technical workstreams in vendor selection and transformation programs
- Guide cross-functional teams and facilitate strategic decision-making within IT, Risk, Data, and executive leadership
Growth & Leadership
- Take responsibility for one of our Go-to-Market chapters (e.g., AI, Cloud, Risk Tech), and contribute to thought leadership and proposition development
- Balance between conceptual problem-solving ability and hands-on leadership in execution

Hiring process
1 interview
- Interviews can mix in-person, phone and video contact.
- You may be asked to complete a written or online assessment.
Hiring process
- Our first contact and the first interview: after your application, our recruiter will call for an introductory interview. If the role is a good match, we will schedule a first interview with the recruiter and a colleague from the department. This is a mutual introduction.
- After the first interview, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based one that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences. In the second interview, we will discuss the results together.
- The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction will follow. In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case is also part of the procedure. It may be that a final interview takes place.
- We are a match. You will receive an offer from us and we will conduct a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
