Customer Support & Project Coördinator

• Have a completed technical (minimum) HBO degree. Life science, (analytical) chemistry, or HLO is preferred but not required;
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with LIMS (or similar) and experience with CRM is a plus;
• Have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
• Recognize yourself in the following description: focused on collaboration, environmentally aware, proactive, quality-oriented, decisive, customer-oriented, stress-resistant, flexible, and communicatively skilled. 

• Have commercial insight, know the market in which our clients operate (or want to get to know it), and strive for maximum positioning of Eurofins' services;

Looking for a pivotal role between chemistry and sales? For our locations in Amsterdam and Barneveld, we are looking for a colleague for the Customer Support & Project Coordination department, available immediately.

The Customer Support department is the link between our domestic and international clients, the account managers, the various laboratories, and our own transport service. In this role, you are the indispensable link between the various customer segments and the services we provide.

As a Customer Support & Project Coordination employee, you are responsible for realizing optimal service to the (inter)national clients of Eurofins Environment Testing.

Together with your colleagues, your goal is to relieve customers of their worries, and you advise the customer on, among other things, the possibilities of our digital portal, our analysis packages, pricing, and our logistical service.

You are also responsible for the handling and processing of all incoming questions and comments, the correct handling of complaints within the specified timeframe, reporting and documentation in the CRM system, performing general administrative tasks, and contributing to improvements in the area of Customer Support. You are able to utilize your chemical expertise and analytical thinking, through which you are a solid sparring partner for the lab and can concretely translate research possibilities for our clients.

In short: you are the face and the voice of Eurofins to the customer and are the first point of contact for the customer, various laboratories, and sales throughout the process.
