About the position
Project Preparer 1 cables and pipelines? Under the guidance of your buddy, you start your week at the office in Utrecht, where you assist in the design review. This is because Dura Vermeer has its own design recognition, meaning that as a project preparer, you are involved in projects from A to Z. You keep a sharp eye on time, budget, quality, and safety, and you coordinate all disciplines in detail with one another. In short, you work with technical work methodologies and continuously seek connection with execution. You discuss the planning and risks with the project team and inform your own and other disciplines about the progress. You can also regularly be found outside. You then ask yourself: What is going well? What are the opportunities and the risks? You then know how to translate the technology into solutions that are understandable for everyone, including other disciplines. What makes working at Dura Vermeer special? You are truly part of the project team, but also truly part of the team outside. Your job is varied and there is plenty of room to think along about process improvements.
What will you do?
Preparing and managing work methods and schedules.
Coordinating materials, services, and subcontractors.
Monitoring procedures and identifying deviations.
Managing work files and preparing reports.
