Rail Infrastructure Project Leader

• A completed HBO or WO degree in engineering or business administration;

• Experience as an aspiring project leader, project coordinator, or for example as a project preparer in infrastructure or rail infrastructure;

• Experience with contract management, stakeholder management, and project control within UAV-GC;

• Strong financial insight and analytical ability. Experience in managing project teams is a plus;

• You can assess opportunities and risks and actively manage them;

• Familiarity with ProRail as a client;

• Experience with infrastructural tenders;

As a Project Leader 1 at Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you will manage complex rail projects with visible impact. You maintain oversight, make decisions, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and under control.

As a Project Leader 1 Railinfra, you will work at Dura Vermeer Railinfra on large and technically complex railway projects throughout the Netherlands. You provide functional leadership to a project team within a project or sub-project and are responsible for people, planning, quality, and safety. You contribute to projects such as track expansions and station developments. You are given the space to organize your work well and clearly, within clear frameworks and with support from specialists within Dura Vermeer Railinfra.
