Civil Engineering Groundworker

• A few years of work experience as a groundworker, preferably in earth, road, and waterworks;

• You are a team player and can also work well independently;

• You are meticulous in complying with measurements and have experience in reading construction drawings;

• You possess a valid driver's license;

• You possess a VCA diploma, or you are willing to obtain one.

In accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are going to work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or similar position for which you are applying.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to job group C: €3,398.40 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours), depending on your education and relevant work experience;

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience;

• On top of your salary comes a fixed amount for Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 48 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund;

Are you looking for a challenging position in which you can showcase your skills as a groundworker? We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Groundworker (Earth, Road, and Waterworks) to strengthen our team in Flevoland and 't Gooi.

As a Civil Engineering Groundworker, you are responsible for performing various earthworks, such as digging trenches, installing sewage systems, and assisting with the placement of formwork and pipes. You have an eye for quality and safety and work accurately according to the applicable guidelines. Are you a team player with a hands-on mentality and experience in the civil engineering sector? You will be working at Dura Vermeer Infra regio Noord West. Our (head) office can be found in Cruquius, North Holland; within the focus area of Flevoland and 't Gooi, we have our own branch in Almere. Anyone driving through the work area of Dura Vermeer Infra Regio Noord West drives a loop around the IJsselmeer. From Texel via Amsterdam and Het Gooi to Flevoland. In this region, we build roads, bridges, and sewers. But also quays, fly-overs, and runways. Furthermore, we are strong in long-term management and maintenance contracts.
