Dynamics Application Specialist

• You have at least three years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• You are analytical, independent, and curious. You get energy from collaborating and enjoy dissecting a problem from start to finish.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview, set priorities, and document made choices and configurations.

• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Agile/Scrum is important. Experience with Power Automate, integrations, data migrations, or Microsoft certifications is a plus.

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration, IT, or Information Management (or a comparable degree).

• The salary for this position is between €4,291 and €5,364 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

Make more possible for your colleagues! As a Dynamics CRM Application Specialist at Dura Vermeer, you ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 not only works well, but above all works well for our people. You understand what the business needs and know how to translate that into smart, practical solutions within the Dynamics platform. You switch easily between users, Product Owner, IT, and suppliers and are given the space to take initiative. In this way, you contribute every day to a CRM environment that becomes increasingly smarter, more user-friendly, and more valuable.

A colleague comes to you with a question. You want to know what is truly behind that question. You analyze, ask follow-up questions, and think along about the best solution. Subsequently, you set up functionalities, configure Power Apps, and test your changes. Dynamics 365 is your primary playground and you know what can be achieved with the platform. Therefore, you do not need to be a developer yourself, but knowledge of, for example, JavaScript is certainly a plus.

However, you do know how to use the standard capabilities of Dynamics and Power Apps to set up processes more intelligently. You ensure that changes land well and guide users through new functionalities. Because a solution is only successful if people can and want to work with it in practice.

You do not only look at the solution of now, but also at what lies behind it. How is the data structured? What information do we need? How does a process run through the organization? And where can we automate more intelligently? You do not need to be a specialist in Power Automate, but you do think in terms of processes, data structures, conditions, and logic. As a result, you see opportunities to make tasks simpler and smarter. You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and suppliers. We discuss issues together, brainstorm about possible solutions, and look together at what the best choice is, both technically and functionally. In doing so, you have your own responsibilities and are given the space to pick up matters independently.

From the Dura Vermeer offices in Rotterdam and Utrecht, you will be part of the IT department of Dura Vermeer, which consists of approximately 120 permanent employees and a number of external staff. At the IT department, people work hard and professionally and laugh a lot. There is an informal and very collegial atmosphere. Additionally, we are busy trying to become even sharper and better every day. With your arrival, we want to give our culture a push. Your location is at our head office near Rotterdam Airport and the Dura Vermeer Inspiration Centre in Utrecht. Naturally, this concerns a hybrid role, where working from home is an option.
