Warehouse Manager

• a completed bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Transport & Logistics;
• at least 2 years of leadership experience within a logistics or operational environment;
• experience working with KPIs, process optimisation and preferably Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies;
• strong analytical skills, sound decision-making abilities and the capability to think several steps ahead;
• excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with a genuine passion for developing people.

Are you ready to take full responsibility for a warehouse operation while having the freedom to continuously improve processes, people and performance? At DSV in 's-Heerenberg, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact as a warehouse manager in a dynamic 3PL environment where leadership, data and entrepreneurship come together.

How do you do this? As a warehouse manager, you will lead a team of 4 to 6 team leaders and supervisors and be indirectly responsible for around 70 colleagues. You will drive safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction by using data to continuously improve performance. Together with your fellow warehouse manager and the operations manager, you ensure the operation performs at its best every day. You achieve this by:

You will work closely with your fellow warehouse manager and report directly to the operations manager.
