In addition, there is the marketplace with a broad complementary range of remedies and aids as well as products from the areas of nutrition, beauty and family. DocMorris thus provides its customers with easy access to comprehensive healthcare services in one place with just one click. In the Germany segment, the Swiss company DocMorris AG generated external sales of CHF 1,122.6 million in 2025 with 11 million active customers.
At DocMorris, you ensure that the flow of goods within our logistics operations runs seamlessly. Your sharp eye on the systems ensures that warehouse staff are deployed efficiently and that our customers receive their medications at lightning speed. You are the director behind the scenes.
What you'll do

- Monitoring the flow of goods and wave capacity ('wellen').
- Identifying, reporting, and logging process disruptions or incidents.
- Managing both automated and manual replenishment queues.

How you'll work
You work in a fast-paced environment where every second counts. You manage complex processes within our WAMAS software and coordinate directly with logistics management. You work a structured yet flexible schedule: alternating between morning and afternoon shifts every 3 months, supplemented with intermediate shifts and a weekend shift once every 7 weeks.
