Java Developer

• A salary between 65K and 95K gross per year, depending on your experience;

As a Java Developer, you will have a direct impact on the innovative software solutions we develop to support entrepreneurs. As a Java Developer, you will work on complex and scalable applications within our modern tech stack. You will focus primarily on the backend, but depending on the project, you will also be able to perform front-end tasks in React, such as implementing and adjusting existing components where necessary. You will work with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Spring, Testcontainers, and fintech integrations. But what will you actually be doing?

• Developing and optimizing high-performance backend systems with Java;

• Developing new features and maintaining essential systems;

• Building integrations with external parties;

• Managing the full tech stack and contributing to the development of internal tools for team productivity;

• Implementing AI solutions within our product;

• Working with databases and testing frameworks such as MariaDB, Cypress, and Capacitor;

Ideally, you recognize yourself in this profile:

• You have several years of experience as a Java Developer; more experience is also very welcome;

• You have knowledge of a TypeScript or JavaScript framework such as React or Angular;

• You have completed at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree in IT;

• You have experience with Cloud-based applications, preferably within Google Cloud Platform, and are curious about new technologies;

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, so that we can communicate effectively.
