You prefer to roll up your sleeves rather than lean back. No-nonsense, à la Crowe.
At Crowe, we believe that the future of transfer pricing goes beyond numbers and documentation. Technology, data, and AI are changing our profession, and you want to be at the forefront of that. You combine tax expertise with commercial sharpness, an international mindset, and an open outlook. No fluff, but clear advice, real impact, and top-level teamwork. You support clients and colleagues with pleasure, while continuing to learn and grow yourself. And you prefer to do this in an energetic team, within a fast-growing organization where no two days are the same.
You advise (international) companies on their transfer pricing risks, policies, and obligations, from mid-sized enterprises to large multinationals.
You develop and optimize transfer pricing strategies that truly align with your client's business.
You map out supply and value chains with razor-sharp precision and translate them into clear fiscal insights.
You dive into complex issues such as business restructurings, profit allocation, and audits, and know exactly where the opportunities lie.
You negotiate with authorities and guide rulings and consultation processes at both national and international levels.
You ensure that policy does not just remain on paper, but is also well-implemented in practice.
You build bridges between clients and the Tax Authorities, between offices worldwide, and between colleagues within Crowe.
You work in a close-knit, diverse team where sharing knowledge, collaborating, and growing are second nature.
You see opportunities in technological developments; you have an affinity for AI and data analysis, and use these to make advisory processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.
You combine fiscal sharpness with commercial flair: you build sustainable client relationships and recognize where you can add value with your expertise.
Our Transfer Pricing team is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and always in motion. You work closely and multidisciplinarily with colleagues, managers, and partners, learn extensively, and build client relationships together with the team. Complex issues? We don't shy away from those. The atmosphere is dynamic, professional, and open, with short lines of communication and an open-door culture. And of course, we don't forget the fun: social activities, rooftop drinks, and team moments are just as much a part of it here!
