Junior Partner Success Manager | Your start in the Microsoft partner world

As a Junior Partner Success Manager, you will help Dutch Microsoft partners navigate the services and possibilities of Companial and Microsoft. You will have a lot of contact with partners, follow up on questions and appointments, and connect them with the right colleagues and specialists.

You don't need to be a Microsoft expert yet. We will teach you step by step how the Microsoft partner landscape works, how to conduct good partner conversations, and how to help partners grow further. As you gain more experience, you will receive increasing responsibility and build your own partner portfolio.

• Maintaining contact with a group of Dutch Microsoft partners.
• Listening to the questions and needs of partners and ensuring good follow-up.
• Connecting partners to the right experts, services, and information within Companial.
• Thinking along about simple commercial opportunities and next steps.
• Tracking appointments, activities, and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Assisting with partner meetings, workshops, and other initiatives.
• Learning a lot about Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Cloud, AI, and working with partners.
• Gradually growing into an independent Partner Manager role.

We are primarily looking for someone with motivation, curiosity, and enjoyment in interacting with people. Experience is a plus, but certainly not the most important thing.

• You are looking for a first or second step in your career.
• You enjoy working with customers and partners.
• You are curious, positive, and eager to learn.
• You communicate easily and dare to ask questions.
• You work in an organized manner and honor appointments.
• You speak and write good Dutch and English.
• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education, for example in commercial economics, business administration, communication, IT, or a similar field.

• You do not need to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, licensing, or partner programs yet.
• You do not need to be an experienced account or partner manager yet.
• You do not need to conduct strategic conversations independently right away.
• You do not need to know the answer to everything yourself. More important is that you want to find the answer and dare to ask for help.
