PMO Lead

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• You have at least 3 years of (relevant) work experience in a PMO function or comparable role;
• You have multiple relevant certifications in the field of PMO, such as P3O, and are willing to keep that knowledge up to date;
• You are communicatively skilled and entrepreneurial;
• You dare to give your opinion to colleagues and the client;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing (C1 level).

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,100, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As PMO Lead, you are a strategic, connecting force who organizes processes sharply and provides direction to change within the digital world. You deliver impact within projects, programs, and portfolios, with a focus on three core areas: steering, control, and support. With your experience, you bring structure, create overview, and ensure that decision-making proceeds smoothly and is well-founded.

• You are responsible for the design of the PMO.
• You make a proposal for the design of the organization and processes surrounding the execution of projects and programs.
• You take into account the culture and the capacity for change of an organization.
• You implement and manage tools and methodologies to safeguard the quality of project results.
• You bring structure to the organization through harmonization, standardization, and knowledge transfer of methodologies and evaluate this regularly.
