Senior Technical Trainer

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with more than 3 years related experience.
• Enthusiasm of New Energy Vehicle and training work.
• Fluent English and Dutch. Other European language is a plus.
• Willing and flexible to travel among European countries; willing to travel to China.

• Execute European distributor courses in person and on-site coaching for distributors.
• Responsible for the process tracking and preparation of course materials.
• Responsible for post-training, course implementation and evaluation of trainees.
• Communicate with overseas technical engineers and collect technical cases to form documents.
• Course development and improvement.
• Assist in the development of training plans.
• Improve your skills knowledge according to the iteration and update of products and technologies.
• Support for skills competitions or other technical activities.
• Other work assigned by the leader.
