Field Service Specialist

• Bachelor level of working and thinking (MBO ++ education successfully completed).
• Maintenance and design expert (fire and/or audio/evacuation) if applicable.
• TBV/MBV for BORG if applicable.
• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Knowledge of IT systems in the broadest sense of the word.
• In possession of product certificates for the purpose of being able to deliver and maintain the assigned systems.
• Techniques used in the project for the purpose of interpreting malfunctions and being able to perform service and maintenance.
• English and German for the purpose of reading and interpreting technical product information and exchanging information with product specialists.
• Clear and unambiguous reporting, both oral and written.
• Accurate, collegial, communicative, independent, problem-solving ability.

🚀 Your role as a Field Service Specialist

• Working in the high-end knowledge and expertise area.
• Certified delivery of certified installations at customers (BMI, OAI, BORG).
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on systems at customers while observing the applicable regulations.
• Resolving malfunctions and incidents.
• Ensuring and testing the correct operation and specifications.
• Executing assignments, such as the configuration of total systems, moving and/or exchanging system parts and expansions.
• Registering the activities and filling in supporting documents for the activities.
• The correct transfer of information regarding the performed activities to the Service Desk.
• On-the-job training of various field service colleagues.
• The rules applicable to the performance of the function regarding safety, health, and well-being (ARBO and VCA).
