Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting - Business Services Outsourcing

BDO is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager for the Accounting & Reporting team of the Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) department who will make a difference for our clients, the team, and the outsourcing proposition.

As Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting, together with your team, you will ensure that your clients are supported on a day-to-day basis regarding accounting & reporting and you will care for sustainable relationships with clients. You sense the dynamics of primarily (international) corporate clients well and understand like no other the challenges and speed on the other side of the table.

Together with the client, you develop a strategic approach with long-term impact. You lead the team and direct and assess improvements in financial work processes, management information, and complex assignments for quality and completeness. As the technical professional in charge, you ensure an efficient and effective execution of assignments from a full-service perspective. In short, the responsibility for a dynamic, large-scale client portfolio lies in your hands.

Additionally, you lead and coordinate the proposal process for (potential) clients based on a strategic approach, but also actively seek out new opportunities. Your active contribution to BDO's market strategy focuses on the improvement and innovation of the organization and services.
