During your shift, you are the sounding board for the team. You are in the middle of the team, on the floor. With energy, overview, and timing, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You know exactly who you need where, keep the atmosphere good, and share tips, encouragement, and compliments. Together with your team, you provide every guest with a top experience. You do this by:

• Coordinating the shift and stepping in where necessary

• Coaching and training employees on how they can excel in hospitality

• Seeing opportunities to do things smarter, faster, or more fun

• Ensuring that everything - from the floor to the display case - looks top-notch

• The Assistant Manager makes the plan. You ensure it becomes reality - with tempo, teamwork, and oversight.

You already have experience in hospitality and are ready for a leadership role. Perhaps you have worked in a restaurant, catering, café, or in retail and are ready for more responsibility. If you can motivate people, you are in the right place. Furthermore:

• Do you have coaching experience in hospitality, retail, or similar

• Can you communicate clearly and always think one step ahead

• Are you available for at least 22.5 hours per week

• Do you want to continue growing in hospitality and leadership

• Salary between €2,769 to €3,352 per month based on a 38-hour contract
