• Salary: maximum growth within this position up to € 4,460. Starting salary is determined based on relevant work experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you decide how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget will be paid out to you.

You are responsible for the subsidy applications in the innovation trajectories of our clients. At Epiic, we believe that innovation is the driving force behind progress. Together with a close-knit, enthusiastic team of consultants, you will work on sound advice for our clients. You will dive into complex innovation issues, where you not only analyze figures and technologies, but also truly listen to the entrepreneurs. Whether it is a young start-up or an established entrepreneur, you understand the challenges and needs of the client.

You will guide subsidy trajectories and, acting as both a buddy and a strategic brain, remain in constant contact with clients. Whether that is via telephone or face-to-face. Over time, you will run projects independently, from start to finish. You will have your own client portfolio and expand our network in collaboration with the team. At the same time, you will stay up-to-date via knowledge groups and meetings tailored to specialization and experience level, so that you continue to grow in your profession.
