Senior Back-End Developer

For one of our end clients in Rotterdam, we are looking for experienced Dutch-speaking .NET C# Developers. Does this sound like you? Read on to find out more!

As a senior/lead back-end developer, you will work on building highly complex applications. As part of a team, you will be involved in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing these applications. These include both new and existing applications and functionalities. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for improvements and have a hands-on attitude. Despite your experience, you remain curious about new developments and can oversee the big picture to base your choices upon. We are looking for someone who wants to make strides and is willing to put their shoulder to the wheel with the team to achieve a great final product.

Start date: as soon as possible, in consultation. No later than 1 February
Duration: 6 months with option to extend
Location: Rotterdam region
Hours per week: 32-40
Please note: NO freelancers
Maximum travel distance 1 hour

· Recent hands-on development experience in a professional and complex IT environment;

· Experience and affinity with designing backend applications

· Ability to function well in an Agile/Scrum environment

· Extensive experience with C#, WCF, SQL, .NET MVC or Core, and Entity Framework

· Team player and communicative

· Experience with automated testing is a plus

· Experience with Angular (2+) is a plus

· Good ability to transfer knowledge to fellow developers, both in terms of technical level and communication skills

· Minimum of a completed HBO/WO degree
