As a Communication Specialist, you are the engine of our campaign execution process. You play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of media plans, working closely with our Communication Planning Manager and a team of experienced specialists. At WPP Media, we contribute together to the most impactful media strategies for our clients.

Your Role as a Communication Specialist: Within our Communication Planning team, you support the entire planning team throughout the full campaign lifecycle. From initial plan development and flawless activation to supporting the evaluation of success. You are dedicated to delivering extraordinary work through your precision, proactivity, and eagerness to learn. You are a team player who thrives on turning plans into reality and who wants to develop themselves into a true media expert.

• You support the team in the media planning process, helping to create and activate media plans. Based on approved plans, you are responsible for briefing various channel specialists, gathering their input, and performing an initial check of the content.
• You ensure the flawless activation of campaigns. This includes monitoring the go-live and meticulously monitoring campaign timelines and processes for smooth execution.
• You support the team with optimizations by gathering input from specialists and challenging that input. You check this data for completeness and accuracy and assist in preparing reports that form the basis for both in-flight optimizations and post-campaign evaluations.
