About Vitestro

In their own words

About the company & team

Vitestro is a medical robotics scale-up in Utrecht. We are developing a device that can perform fully autonomous, ultrasound-guided blood sampling in patients. This is an innovative breakthrough!
To date, more than 8,000 subjects have participated in previous tests.

After years of development, the device is currently being implemented in the blood sampling department of a hospital in Amsterdam. The device is being deployed in practice for the first time. Meanwhile, we will continue to conduct ongoing research to iteratively improve the device. For this, we are looking immediately for motivated and conscientious recent graduates/students who can (1) guide patients during autonomous blood sampling and (2) lead the conduct of studies on location. We regularly conduct studies in other hospitals in Nieuwegein, Dordrecht, or Amsterdam.
