Regional Coordinator Medicine Delivery

• A salary between €3,000 to €3,500 gross per month (depending on experience), based on a full-time (40 hours) employment;

As a Regional Coordinator at Velomedi, you will lead an enthusiastic team of bicycle and car couriers. You ensure that they can do their work with pleasure every day and that they can deliver medicines to patients on time. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smoothly running operation and satisfied pharmacies.

As a Regional Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operation within your region. You are the point of contact for your team, think ahead, and ensure that everything is well organized. You combine coaching leadership with a practical attitude.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Liaising with planning for optimal roster occupancy;
• Daily managing, coaching, and motivating your team;
• Monitoring performance and delivery quality and adjusting where necessary;
• Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new couriers;
• Conducting conversations with employees and helping them to further develop;
• Contributing to a positive working atmosphere in which colleagues feel involved and valued;
• Handling the administration of the shifts driven;
• Being the first point of contact for the pharmacies in your region and building a pleasant collaboration;
• Regularly visiting customers to know what is happening and to identify opportunities for improvement.
