The role

Sankomij is an informal, social, and friendly company from Brabant. We now have about 120 employees and are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague with a solid technical foundation and the necessary practical experience, who fits our committed and customer-oriented way of working.

What you'll do

As a Service Technician, you are the face of our organization. You perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our installations and equipment. In doing so, you are at home in many markets: you listen attentively to the customer, reassure them, and think along with appropriate solutions, so that every installation is left working perfectly again. Whether it is a small malfunction or a complex technical issue, you handle it professionally.

In addition, you are an important source of knowledge for colleagues. You enjoy developing yourself and taking your colleagues along with you: you actively share your expertise and help with technical questions. When there is a complex malfunction, you take the lead and organize a session in our instruction room to analyze, solve, and share knowledge about the malfunction together with colleagues.

What will you do?

Your day consists of:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations;
Installing, testing, and commissioning equipment;
Participating in the on-call service according to the schedule;
Reporting performed activities and advising customers;
Identifying points for improvement and thinking along about optimizations.

What do you bring to the table?

You have practical experience and make easy contact with customers, allowing you to explain technical matters clearly. Furthermore, we find it important that you:

Preferably have completed the Technicus Service & Onderhoud werktuigbouw level 3 training or MBO-4 Werktuigbouwkunde / Installatietechniek;
Have at least 5 years of experience in service and maintenance of mechanical installations;
Have experience with heat pumps, central heating boilers, ventilation, and control technology;
Possess a driving license B and VCA (or willingness to obtain this);
Are technically analytical, decisive, and a go-getter;
Have an eye for detail, are flexible, and can set priorities independently.
