The role

As a Security Technician at Van den Hoogen engineering, you will work on high-quality security installations for homes and commercial properties.

You will install, program, maintain, and optimize systems that contribute to a safe environment for our customers. In doing so, you will work independently on-site, but always together with a dedicated team of project managers and planners. Thanks to your craftsmanship and sense of responsibility, customers can rely on a well-functioning and reliable security solution.

What you'll do

Installing, programming, and commissioning security installations
Performing maintenance work on security systems
Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing service work
Performing inspections on existing installations
Advising customers on security solutions and improvements
Identifying technical points of attention and proposing suitable solutions
Collaborating with project managers, planners, and colleagues on-site

What you bring

Minimum MBO work and thinking level with a background in electrical engineering
Good analytical ability and a strong sense of responsibility
A positive attitude and a practical working style
Good communicative (Dutch) skills
Independence and an eye for quality
Experience within the security sector is a major advantage
You enjoy thinking along, are representative, and like to work together
You possess a valid driving license B
