Truckers cover many kilometers. Because of this, they spend a lot of time in their truck. That is why every truck is fully customized, including all the bells and whistles. This is your task! You will mount and install parts on new or young used DAF trucks. At TB, you work in a successful family business where people are central. Our people make TB - and you can feel that. A fully organized and TB-paid training program to become a (First-class) Commercial Vehicle Technician or Technical Specialist, where you work 4 days in our workshop and go to school one day per week (with continued pay);

The possibility to obtain your B, C, and E driver's licenses at the expense of TB;
If you choose to work full-time, the work week is 40 hours. For this, you accrue 2 ADV hours per week. You can choose between time (13 days p/y) or money (7.5% supplement on your gross monthly salary). You choose what suits you best!

You are willing to follow the training to become a (First-class) Commercial Vehicle Technician or Technical Specialist;
Two right hands (you are technical and handy, and willing to develop this further).
You work on new and young used DAF trucks.
You install alarm and tracking systems.
You mount accessories, such as air horns and all kinds of extra lighting.
You discuss the progress of the work with the Workshop Manager.
At TB, you work on first-class trucks. Especially DAF, but also other cool brands. You will receive your personal toolbox with high-quality tools and you will work with excellent diagnostic equipment. And to keep your knowledge up-to-date, the team and I will go to the DAF Academy 5 times a year to learn the latest techniques. This way, you can make maximum use of your knowledge and truly show your passion for trucks.
You will join a nice team with other commercial vehicle technicians, a receptionist, a warehouse manager, and a Workshop Manager who will not only teach you everything about technology, but also involve you in the business. This way, you know what you are working for and you learn the most.
The atmosphere? We are colleagues, but also comrades. We do a lot for each other and help one another. We enjoy a joke and we all have lunch together every day. Everyone belongs, so you do too!
If you already have demonstrable work experience in a workshop environment, you are eligible for a transition bonus of € 1,500.-.*
