Finance Administrator (MS D365)

• At least 2 years of relevant experience within financial administration or finance operations; 
• Demonstrable experience with project-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (required); 
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor management, and financial administrative processes; 
• MBO4 or HBO education in Finance, Administration, Business Economics, or a similar field; 
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented; 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; 
• Experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders; 
• Professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.  

For our new Financial Support team, we are looking for a Finance Administrator with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. In this role, you will support the Finance and Operations teams with a strong focus on project-oriented financial processes such as creating new customers, setting up projects in D365, invoice processing, vendor management, and supporting financial administration. 

Responsibilities: 

• Creating new customers, vendors, purchase orders, and projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365; 
• Processing and managing incoming invoices within Microsoft Dynamics 365; 
• Registering, checking, and following up on invoices and approval processes; 
• Creating and maintaining vendor data, including IBAN and validation checks; 
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies within financial workflows; 
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Project Managers) to support their projects regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365; 
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient reporting system;  
• Supporting purchase orders, invoicing, and budget monitoring for office and operational expenses; 
• Contributing to the improvement and optimization of D365-related processes; 
• Providing support to internal users of D365 Finance; 
• Performing additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
