Consolidating cost prices and selling prices of all products and services within the Thales Nederland BV product portfolio based on, among other things, specified hours, material costs, subcontractor quotes including the settlement of internal rates and surcharges
Processing escalation, expenditure, and payment schedules based on project execution plans
Preparing internal analyses and external reports regarding cost price and selling price structures, margins, and risks using a sound Thales process
Substantiating the price structure to Dutch and foreign auditors, co-producers, and licensees for selected offers at the request of auditors, co-producers, and licensees
Managing all financial data such as costs, prices, and surcharges in bid dossiers
You are actively involved in professionalizing the processes and output of the department
The position of Financial Engineering Specialist requires HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking, supplemented with work experience in financial, business economic, and commercial aspects in an international, technically oriented environment. You have an analytical mindset and possess problem-solving abilities.
You have an MBO+ (Vocational Education) level of working and thinking
Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience
Your personality is characterized by a flexible, proactive, pragmatic, result-oriented, and customer-oriented attitude
You are able to work independently, but are also a team player, and possess perseverance and decisiveness
You are able to communicate effectively and efficiently across different levels of the organization
You have mastered the Dutch and English languages in speech and writing
