Your days as an Activity manager are very varied. You are responsible for HSE, OTD, Resource Planning, Quality, and Efficiency. You lead a group of specialized employees (approximately 15 - 20) with the goal of performing the activities within your group as optimally as possible. In this regard, you are responsible for the division of tasks and prioritization on the shop floor and ensure the continuity of your group regarding the knowledge and skills of the employees and the availability of resources. You have various contacts internally within the department, but also outside the department. You coordinate your capacity with the APRU Manager (Autonomous Production Unit Manager) and prepare decisions regarding investments. As a member of the MRO_FS department, you have an active role in the continuous improvement policy, in technical, financial, and logistical areas.

Within the Service department (approx. 110 people) of the Naval organization, the MRO_FS department (approx. 35 people) is responsible for the preservation, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of both new and used Radar products & Systems. We assist with lifting operations on-site. The department has employees with mechanical and electrical backgrounds.
The Service department consists of several departments with different specialisms, including IDS, technical work preparation, Technology, and Engineers. Work is carried out both domestically and abroad, which provides extra challenges for the team.
