Temporary Customer Contact Supervisor - Het Juridisch Loket

What will you do?
In this role, you will provide daily leadership to a team of customer contact employees. You will ensure that they can perform optimally, are well-informed about developments within their field, and enjoy doing their work. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting coaching, appraisal, and development meetings;

• Analyzing results (KPIs) and taking actions for improvement;

• Collaborating with fellow supervisors and team leaders to continuously improve service delivery;

• Stimulating a customer-oriented and positive working atmosphere within the team.

• You possess strong communication skills;

• You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview during busy moments;

• You enjoy coaching and supporting employees;

• You are available for 40 hours per week for 2 months, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• You are willing to travel to our office in The Hague for your first working day;

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Coach within customer contact is a plus.
