Datacenter Supervisor

• You possess an MBO-2 security diploma or are willing to obtain it (MBO-3 security diploma is a plus)
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• In possession of a driving license B / own transport
• You are enthusiastic about collaborating with people and are able to coach them (daily)
• You are available 24/7 and flexibly deployable for evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills and stress-resistant
• Integrity, decisive, and solution-oriented

• Hourly wage between €17.37 and €20.70 gross per hour (depending on your experience)
• Extra object allowance of €1.00 gross per hour.

As a Supervisor within the Securitas screening team at the Datacenter campus in Middenmeer, you are the linchpin of the daily operation. You lead a team of security officers, monitor the quality of service, and ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-oriented execution of security tasks. You are visible on the work floor, take initiative, and act as the first point of contact for both your team and the client.

Your responsibilities are:

• Leading, coaching, and guiding security officers on the work floor
• Overseeing compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols and quality standards (QA/QC)
• Identifying and reporting deviations, incidents, and areas for improvement
• Maintaining contact with internal stakeholders such as planning, management, and operations
• Supporting roster planning and capacity issues
• Actively contributing to the development of the team and the optimization of the daily operation
